Babar Azam joins foreign cricketer's team, Kohli out

Leading former Australian spinner Brad Hogg has opted for national cricket team captain Babar Azam over Kohli and included him in the Test XI.

Brad Hogg, 49, attributed Babar Azam's inclusion to the team to a century in Brisbane during his recent tour of Australia.

He said that one of the major reasons for including Babar Azam in the team was that the young batsman scored a century on a difficult pitch in Brisbane as it is not easy for foreign players to play on a difficult pitch in Brisbane.

Hogg said that Babar Azam scored a century and conveyed the message that he can do it so young batsmen are among the best players in the world.

Regarding Kohli, the Australian spinner said that the Indian captain did not live up to expectations, he could not score significant runs in the last 15 Test innings.

Everyone will ask me why Kohli was not included in the team Brad Hogg said. So my answer is that if you look at the last 15 innings. Kohli could score more than 31 runs only 4 times, so he is not in my team.
