A family living in a small town in the US state of Virginia found two sacks full of money off the road during a lockdown.


According to the report, a family from Caroline County, a small town in the US state of Virginia, was cleaning the town when they saw two bags.

The family members approached them thinking that both the bags were garbage and when they opened them, they were shocked because they had dollars in them. When the citizens started counting them, it was 1 million US dollars.

According to the report, the elders of the family, showing goodwill, contacted the office of the local government and the security agency and informed them about the situation, after which the police officer reached there with a contingent.

According to the police, there are slips along with the bags of notes, which contain information about depositing the notes, but it is difficult to guess from whom the money belonged and to which bank account they have to deposit it. Initially, police did not receive any information about the notes.
